Alain Silberstein is truly an artist in designing watches. This French designer has come a long way from his humble beginnings in the late 80’s and taken the watch making industry by storm with his unique designs and his toy box colors. The latest in this series was revealed at the Basel World 2010 exhibition, where Silberstein introduced two new lines of watches; one which was made especially for the Chinese market to honor the Year of the Tiger and the other, one of kind collection of watches had tattoo themes.

Among his older collections, the Bolido Collection is very popular for its design and sleek appearance. These watches are simple and come in a rectangle shapes. All of these watches have admirable features like there are water resistant upto a 100 feet, they have anti-glare coatings, they all come with a glass back so that the movements can be visible and have excellent readability in the day and night. There are four main watches under this collection, namely; Bolido Krono titanium, Bolido Krono steel, Bolido Krono diamond and Bolido Krono carbonfiber. Two new watches, the Jumbo Krono and the Krono dynamite were introduced to this line at Basel World 2004 exhibition.
